Our financial assistance program is designed to assist individuals encountering economic challenges due to accumulating medical conditions. The eXcelR8-Health sponsorship program will assess each applicant based on specific criteria and standards.
Demonstrated Financial Need
Applicants must demonstrate genuine financial hardship, such as unemployment, low income, or unexpected financial burdens.
Statement of Intent
Applicants must submit a statement detailing their circumstance(s) and explaining why they believe they are the most deserving recipient of the eXcelR8-Health sponsorship.
Confidentiality/Authenticity
All information provided by applicants concerning their personal, medical, and financial situations will be kept confidential and used solely to determine eligibility for financial assistance. Applicants are required to verify that the information they provide is true to the best of their knowledge.
Limited Availability
Financial assistance is subject to availability and may be limited based on the resources allocated for this purpose.
Application Period
Applications are accepted twice a year. eXcelR8*Now reserves the right to modify the number of times recognitions are issued base on available funds.
